   Proposal Description:
   The goal of this project is to propose a new statistical model for correlated  binary response data. To illustrate the new model are more flexible than         existing models and can well capture the dependence between different             variables, the longitudinal data seems quite suitable. From an application       point of view, the new model could potentially identify the biomarkers for       reversion from mild cognitive impairment to normal cognition more precisely by   taking the temporal dependence into account.
